Return Policy

  • Please send all returns to: Mazda Swag 2200 W. Pioneer Parkway Peoria, IL 61615
  • Customers are responsible for Packaging and Shipping Returns back to Mazda Swag
  • The customer is solely responsible for all returns if a VIN is not provided at checkout.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
  • We will not accept returns on tried/used parts.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Freight/Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Return requests need to be submitted within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • We do not accept returns on discontinued models. 
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
  • If a part has been damaged or lost due to the shipping carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to make a claim.  

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and is no longer in our possession.
  • If the canceled part was specially ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% will apply.
