Customers are responsible for Packaging and Shipping Returns back to Mazda Swag
We do not accept returns on Discontinued models.
Customer is solely responsible for all returns when a VIN number is not provided.
A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Return requests need to be submitted within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Freight/Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If a part has been damaged or lost due to the shipping carrier, it is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to make a claim.
To receive credit for cores - customers must package and ship back the core in it's original package. Returned core credit will not be authorized w/ out this.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% will apply.
